The difference is Day in the Life looks at a typical day of a human regardless of whether they interact with your product or organization. It’s really all about them.

A day in the Life Customer Journey Map can inform two strategic moves:

Identify the best time and an ideal channel to come into a customer’s radar. Decide when to post social media content, when to send newsletters, which advertising channels to bid on, etc. Timing is everything! It’s a good tool to include in your Content Marketing stack.
