Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. You get 10 deliverables, unlimited PDF and image exports, live link sharing, every template and 100 AI credits to start, with no credit card. Work you export or share carries a small Xtensio mark.
What does Xtensio Plus actually add?
Three things: your brand on everything, your clients in the work, and no limits. Exports and links come out unbranded, your logo, colours and fonts apply through the Brand Kit, and you can publish to your own address. Clients join as guests in a project workspace you keep for them, with custom and password-protected links and analytics on what happens after you send. And you get unlimited deliverables and project workspaces, 365 days of version history and 500 AI credits every month.
How much is Xtensio Plus?
$10 per person per month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly. A Plus workspace holds up to 5 people, and each person is priced the same.
Can I invite clients without paying for them?
Yes. Clients join as guests, not as paid seats. Plus includes unlimited guests, and you choose whether each one can view or edit.
Can I share deliverables with clients who do not have an Xtensio account?
Yes. A live link opens in any browser with no account and no sign in, and exports are ordinary PDF or image files. An account is only needed when you bring someone in as a guest to review or edit inside your workspace.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards. For larger teams or a custom arrangement we can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for students, educators, early-stage startups and nonprofits. Get in touch and we will see if you qualify.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you change your mind within 48 hours of a payment, we will refund it.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your deliverables stay in your workspace and your brand settings are kept, so if you come back later everything is where you left it.
Do I need more than 5 people?
Plus covers up to 5 people, and separate project workspaces for each client are already included. If you need more people, full white labelling, custom integrations or something we do not build yet, talk to us and we will put together what fits.
Is Xtensio a replacement for Notion, Google Docs or Canva?
Xtensio is built for client-facing, branded deliverables. Many teams keep Notion or Docs for internal work and come to Xtensio when it is time to deliver, present or share it outside the company.
