The Xtensio website (the “Site”) is operated by Xtensio, Inc. Xtensio is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. To that end, we have prepared this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to describe our information gathering, dissemination, and protection practices for the Site. The terms “Xtensio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Xtensio, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates. • With service providers that help us run the Service, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting and security (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), transactional email (Mailgun), customer communication (Customer.io), customer support chat (Crisp), analytics (Google Analytics), and AI features (Anthropic). These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• With analytics companies (such as Google Analytics) which use tracking technologies to collect information about our users’ computer or mobile devices and their online activities in order to help us better understand how our Site is being used.

Your Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) is private by default, and we ask search engines not to index it. If you share Your Content with collaborators or make it public through a shareable link, anyone you share it with, or anyone with a public link, can see any Personally Identifiable Information it contains. Please keep this in mind before you include Personally Identifiable Information in Your Content.

AI FEATURES

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence, such as Edit with AI and AI generation. When you use one of these features, the relevant parts of Your Content and your instructions are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. Content is sent only when you choose to use an AI feature. Neither Xtensio nor Anthropic uses Your Content to train AI models. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, so please review it before you rely on it.

COOKIES

When you visit our Site we may place “cookies” on your computer to recognize you.  We do this to enhance your experience on the Site (such as storing your preferences), collect statistical data, and track how you use our Site. For further information on how we use cookies and your rights related to them, please read our Cookies Policy.

DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature, which notifies websites, web applications and services that you do not wish to have your online activities tracked. If you enable this setting in your browser, the functionality and experience of some features of the Site and the Service will be limited. For example, you may encounter problems saving the work you create on the Site.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your Personally Identifiable Information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards as long as needed to provide the Service, meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we receive a verified request, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except records we are required to keep by law (such as billing records). Copies in backups are removed as backups are overwritten on a regular schedule.

We will request your consent before you provide us with your Personally Identifiable Information, which includes the opportunity to “opt in” to receiving direct marketing or market research information.

We implement reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices in order to protect your Personally Identifiable Information and ensure that such Personally Identifiable Information is not accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  However, these measures do not guarantee that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such precautions. This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of our Site.

CHILDREN
