Xtensio Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Xtensio Referral Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions are a binding legal agreement between you (“you” or “Participant”) and Xtensio, (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

You must be an active Xtensio user to participate in the Program. The Program is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by local laws.

How to Participate

Referral Codes

Upon registration, each Xtensio user is provided with a unique referral code. To earn rewards, share any Xtensio link with your unique referral code appended to it.

Cookie Lifespan

A cookie will be placed on the browser of the person who clicks on your referral link. This cookie will be valid for 30 days.

Rewards

Initial Signup

Both the Participant and the Referred User will receive a $3 credit when the Referred User successfully completes the signup process and confirms their email address.

Plan Upgrade

If the Referred User upgrades to a paid Xtensio plan, the Participant will receive an additional $5 credit.

Credit Redemption and Expiration

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits will expire if not redeemed within 6 months.

Tracking and Monitoring

Participants can track their referrals and earned credits via their Xtensio account dashboard.

Prohibited Activities

Participants are not permitted to:

• Spam their referral code.
• Create multiple accounts for self-referral.
• Use their code in paid advertising campaigns.

Violation of these rules may result in the deactivation of your referral code and account.

Limitation of Liability

Xtensio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the Program.

Modifications to Program

Xtensio reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
